As the summer comes to end and all the games have been played, it’s was now time for Perfect Game to analyze all the scouting reports and collect all the velocity reading. Now that all the analyzing has been done it was time for PG to release their updated Class of 2010 State of Florida and Nation Rankings. The Florida Diamond Pros are proud to announce that the organization has two players ranked in both categories.
Frank Bradham is entering his senior year at Monsignor Edward Pace High School, a 6’1” hard throwing RHP with a 90 mph fastball, great secondary stuff and a lot of upside. He’s a strong competitor is not afraid to pitch to anyone and will not back down from anyone. Frank is no stranger to high level summer play and has had a lot of success growing up and at the high school level. Entering his senior year Frank is expected to be Pace HS #1 guy in the rotation and as always success is expected every year.
Having a strong summer has brought a lot of attention by Division I, II, Ivy League Schools, and the Military Academy. At the present time this young man is uncommitted but that won’t last too long.
“I have had the pleasure of knowing & coaching Frank since he was 12 years old; he has always been a fierce competitor and has been a hard worker” stated FDP Program Director Harold Vaca
The FDP Staff is proud to announce that 17U Frank Bradham has been ranked by Perfect Game Cross Checker #52 in the State of Florida and #335 in the Top 500 in the Nation.
Ozney Guillen who is entering his senior year at Monsignor Edward Pace High School as well is a 6’3” Outfielder with a strong arm and great outfield instincts. This young man also plays 1B and shows great ability at the position and shows athleticism. He brings a lot of maturity to his game and his baseball instincts are beyond his years. He is also projected to be a starter in RF for his HS his Senior year.
This was Ozeny first year playing high school summer showcase baseball in Florida because he usually spends his summer traveling with his father MLB Manager Ozzie Guillen and plays summer ball in Chicago but never the less had a strong summer and drew a lot of attention from both Pro Scouts and College Recruiters.
“It has been pleasure watching Ozney Guillen play baseball during his high school career and for our program this summer, he is a hard worker and plays the game with intelligence” stated FDP Program Director Harold Vaca
The FDP Staff is proud to announce that 17U Ozney Guillen has been ranked by Perfect Game Cross Checker #69 in the State of Florida and #406 in the Top 500 in the Nation.
The entire FDP Coaching Staff and Family is very happy and excited for these young men, we wish them the best of luck today and in the future.
